商品説明

概要 The 1GG7-8244-BLK is a packaged monolithic, voltage variable, GaAs attenuator that operates from DC to 9 GHz. The distributed topology of the IC minimizes the parasitic effects of its series and shunt FETs, allowing the packaged IC to exhibit a wide dynamic range across its full bandwidth. An on–chip DC reference circuit may be used to maintain optimum VSWR for any attenuation setting or to improve the attenuation versus voltage linearity of the attenuator circuit
The 1GG7-8244-BLK is available in strips of 10 (each), and multiples of 10.
